To enter your USA Hockey number on the website
* Log into your account
* Click your child's name
* Scroll to bottom of page
* Type number in
* Click "confirmation lookup" to verify the number's validity
* Click "submit"
If you do not enter these numbers your child will not be eligible for playdowns and the state tournament. It makes contract tracing for Covid purposes impossible, and may lead to your child being unable to play. If you want to check to see if your child has already been entered you can complete the first 5 steps to do this. If the 4th number in the sequence is not a 1 it is an invalid number.
DO NOT send me your USA hockey numbers. Enter them into the website.
