***FINAL NOTICE***
Dear Parkway Youth Hockey Families,
Parkway Youth Hockey is a non-profit organization serving the local community since 1971 and is able to operate annually due to thousands of volunteer hours and fiscal responsibility.
Our ice costs at Roche Arena for the 2018-2019 season were just shy of a quarter of a million dollars and other program expenses, including ice for Middlesex, Presidents, Town Line and Valley League games, brought our total annual operating costs to approximately half a million dollars.
In order to meet these expected expenses and to ensure the viability of the program moving forward, it is imperative that all past due balances be made current. (Our program is owed upwards of $90,000 in delinquent program fees, some dating back to the 2014-2015 season.) PYH is therefore engaging the services of a debt collection agency, American Profit Recovery (https://www.americanprofit.net/), starting on September 1, 2019 to assist us in recovering as much of that debt as possible.
If you have an account balance from the 2018-2019 season or before, please settle your outstanding amount ASAP. Balances can be checked by logging into your profile at www.parkwayyouthhockey.org and then clicking "My Account" at the top of the page. This will serve as our last effort to clear any delinquent accounts before referring to the debt collection agency, when collection efforts will begin September 1, 2019 for all past due accounts. (Note that Town Line League accounts from the 2018-2019 season will be granted an extension to December 1, 2019, since they were not fully billed until March.)
If you are currently on a payment plan and are up to date with your payments, please disregard this message. If you would like to get on a payment plan or adjust your balance owed due to PYH's military or family discounts, please email ParkwayYouthHockey@gmail.com.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding here as we work hard to provide you with one of the strongest and most cost-effective town hockey programs around. We look forward to resolving this and setting our sights on the 2019-2020 season, which we hope to be one of PYH's most successful yet!
Respectfully,
The Parkway Youth Hockey Board of Directors
