The Valley is attempting to revive a "regional all-star/select" program which is a program they have put together to supplement town hockey. In order to tryout/play, you need to play for your local town team. In a way, this goes back to the formula that existed when there were multiple leagues in Eastern Mass, and each league had a "select" team which represented the respective league (i.e., Greater Boston Jr Bruins, Middlesex Braves, North Shore Braves, etc.). You can see from the league info (website below), that games will be scheduled to ensure that they do not conflict with VHL Town games. Parkway is part of the "Greater Boston" region, along with approx 20 other towns (including Hyde Park, Dedham, Alston-Brighton, to name a few). Tryouts are 1st week in April + there will be teams at Mite Minor/Major, Squirt Minor/Major, and Peewee Minor levels.
