Hello Parkway Youth Hockey Community,

We hope you and your player(s) have enjoyed a great start to the hockey season! As we prepare to make substantial payments for ice time and league dues for the current season, your cooperation in addressing sizeable outstanding balances due to PYH is very important, particularly for those of you who still owe for prior seasons.

Starting in the next few weeks, and as mentioned in previous correspondence, we will be populating the “Delinquent Accounts” tab on the Parkway Youth Hockey website with accounts that have significant balances and show zero effort in addressing such amounts. Exorbitant balances due to Parkway Youth Hockey for prior seasons that go ignored will also be the subject of small claims court filings and will lead to immediate removal of your player from a current team’s roster.

To those of you who have established and abided by a payment plan with PYH, you can disregard this message as we appreciate your good-faith effort to address your balance. To those of you interested in establishing a payment plan, please send an email to President Mike O'Brien at Pawsobrien@gmail.com or Treasurer Nick Favorito at dantef1a@comcast.net for additional information.

To check your balance and see if anything is outstanding, please sign in to parkwayyouthhockey.org and click “My Account” at the top. Once that opens, your balance (listed by team/season) will show in the “Due” column.

Please note that we, as the Board, fully recognize the cost of playing hockey and consistently try our best to minimize such an amount while providing the best program possible. Unfortunately, not collecting on substantial balances - particularly for past due seasons - has prohibited us from doing so and led us to take this course of action.

Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter and we look forward to the continued success of Parkway Youth Hockey’s season.

Sincerely,

The Parkway Youth Hockey Board of Directors
