Hello Instructional Hockey Families,
Hope all is well as you gear up for a fun hockey season!
To those of you who have reached out on the U6 league, thank you for the interest in the supplemental program - should be a great way for the kids to further explore the basics of hockey in a VERY simple game setting! Registration for the U6 league opens today with a cost set at $100 for 16 games. Season begins Saturday, November 3, running through mid-February, with all games on Saturdays at 9am at Bajko Rink in Hyde Park. (Instructional Hockey practices are then Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm at Roche Arena in West Roxbury.) Whether you've reached out or not at this point, all are welcome to register on the PYH website!
With respect to equipment for both Instructional Hockey and U6, please make sure you have a full set of hockey equipment for your player, from the hockey helmet down, including hockey socks. Always recommend Play It Again Sports for some great, used equipment to keep the cost low. Jerseys will then be provided prior to the first skate - for those registered for U6, this will actually be the at the first U6 game at Bajko on 11/3 at 9am; for everyone else, the jerseys will be distributed at Instructional practice at Roche on 11/3 at 1pm.
